Has Anyone Experienced Incognition? What Does It Feel Like and How Do You Manage It?

Honestly, I think incognition is its own thing, but it can def overlap with burnout. Like, burnout feels more emotional, but incognition is just... brain static.

I’ve been using *Headspace* for meditation, and it’s helped me clear some of that mental fog. Even just 5 mins of breathing exercises can make a difference.

Also, weirdly, changing up my environment helps. Like, working from a coffee shop or even just moving to a different room. It’s like my brain needs a change of scenery to reboot.
