Hey! I’ve been in the same boat trying to figure out what are good proxy sites to scrape from. I’ve had decent luck with Bright Data (formerly Luminati). It’s not the cheapest, but it’s super reliable and has a ton of IPs to rotate through.
For avoiding bans, I’d recommend setting up random delays between requests and rotating user agents. It’s a bit of extra work, but it helps a lot.
If you’re on a budget, maybe check out Smartproxy or Oxylabs. They’re solid too!
