yo, so has anyone else been hit with a 4chan soft banning IP thing? i was posting like normal, then suddenly my threads kept getting ghosted or my replies just wouldn’t show up. no error messages or anything, just... silence.
i’ve heard it’s their way of shadowbanning without outright banning you. like, they let you *think* you’re posting, but no one else can see it. kinda sneaky, ngl.
anyone know how this works exactly? is it tied to your IP, or do they track something else? also, is there a way to get around it without using a VPN? i’d rather not deal with that hassle if i don’t have to.
