Has anyone else experienced 4chan soft banning IP? How does it work and can you get around it?

i’m gonna give Windscribe VPN a shot since a few of you recommended it.

quick question tho—does using a VPN slow down your connection a lot? i’m worried it’ll make browsing 4chan a pain.

also, has anyone tried using a proxy instead of a VPN? curious if that works for bypassing 4chan soft banning IP.
