Accessing Gmail from Cuba is a nightmare, honestly. I’ve had some success with Opera Browser’s built-in VPN. It’s free and doesn’t require extra setup.
Also, try using Gmail’s mobile app instead of the browser. For some reason, it’s more stable for me.
