I’d recommend updating JDownloader and checking the settings for any outdated plugins. Also, try using a VPN to bypass Mega’s IP-based limits. If you’re downloading a lot, consider splitting files into smaller parts.
For alternatives, you could try JDownloader 2 or even IDM with the Mega extension. Both are decent options.
