Same here! Instagram keeps saying "we suspect automated behavior on your account" and it’s driving me nuts.
I think it’s because I was using a scheduling tool for my posts. Once I stopped using it, the issue went away. Maybe check if you’re using anything like that?
Also, try reporting the issue to Instagram through the app. Sometimes they actually respond and fix it. Good luck!
