Honestly, I just use pre-made rule sets from GitHub. There are some great ones out there like "ConnersHua" or "DivineEngine." Just import them into Shadowrocket and tweak as needed.
For exceptions, I usually add them manually, but you can also use regex if you’re feeling fancy lol.
