Thanks, everyone! I finally got LetsVPN how to set Socks5 working after following your advice. Turns out, I was using the wrong IP address—switching to the external one fixed it.
I also tested it with my browser first, and it worked, so I knew the issue was with my download manager. I switched to uTorrent, and it’s working perfectly now.
