Honestly, setting up ZipRecruiter isn’t as hard as it seems. I was overwhelmed at first too, but their onboarding process is pretty straightforward.
Create an account, then go to the “Post a Job” section. You can copy-paste your job description, but I’d suggest adding some flair to make it pop.
Payment is pay-per-post, but they do have monthly plans if you’re planning to post multiple jobs. Hope this helps!
