Honestly, 911 Proxy is hit or miss.
It’s good for basic stuff like browsing and light streaming, but I wouldn’t trust it for anything super sensitive. The speed is average—not terrible, but not amazing either.
If you’re looking for a better alternative, I’d suggest checking out Private Internet Access (PIA). It’s been way more consistent for me.
