For Pokémon proxy cards, I’ve been using a site called Proxy Nexus. It’s super easy to use, and you can customize the cards however you like.
The quality’s not amazing, but it’s good enough for testing. Just avoid sites that charge a ton for shipping—those are usually a rip-off.
Also, make sure to double-check the card images before printing. Some sites have low-res images that look terrible when printed.
