Honestly, I’ve tried a bunch of telegram proxies, and most of them are hit or miss. But I’ve had good luck with SpeedProxy. It’s MTProto-based, and it’s been super reliable for me.
The setup is easy, and they have a free trial if you wanna test it out. I’d say stick with MTProto for Telegram—it’s just better optimized.
