How do I properly set proxy on Discord for better connection and privacy?

setting up a proxy on Discord is doable but kinda tedious. i used Shadowsocks for mine and it’s been smooth so far.

for free proxies, spys.one has a good list, but like others said, free ones can be hit or miss.

also, if privacy’s your main concern, a VPN might be the better move.
