Man, I feel you on the API GW pricing struggle. It’s like they make it intentionally confusing, right?
I’ve been using Kong Gateway for a while now, and it’s been a lifesaver. It’s open-source, so you can self-host and avoid those crazy per-request fees.
The only downside is you gotta manage the infra yourself, but if you’re cool with that, it’s way cheaper than AWS or Azure.
