I’ve actually tried proxy interview services once, and it was... interesting. The person they sent was super professional and nailed the interview, but I felt kinda guilty afterward.
It worked out for me, but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re desperate. Employers can sometimes tell if something’s off, especially if they ask follow-up questions later.
If you’re considering it, make sure you research the service thoroughly. Some are scams, and others are just overpriced.
