For proxies, I’d recommend using Bright Data or Oxylabs. They’re a bit pricey but worth it if you’re serious about avoiding bans.
As for rate limits, I usually set up delays between requests to mimic human behavior. It slows things down but keeps the accounts from getting flagged.
