Hey! I’ve been using Python with the Instaloader library for scraping Instagram accounts. It’s free and works pretty well if you’re okay with coding.
For TikTok, I’ve heard good things about TikTok Scraper, but I haven’t tried it myself.
Proxies are a must, tho. I use ProxyMesh, and it’s been solid so far.
Rate limits are tricky, but I usually set a delay of 10-15 seconds between requests.
