Yo, scraping Instagram and TikTok accounts is a pain, but I’ve had some luck with WebHarvy. It’s a visual scraper, so you don’t need to code.
For proxies, I use Shifter. It’s cheap and works pretty well.
Rate limits are tricky, but I usually set a delay of 10 seconds between requests.
Captchas are still a pain tho. I’ve heard some people use anti-captcha services, but I haven’t tried them yet.
