Hey everyone,
So, I’ve been scrolling through LinkedIn lately, and I can’t help but notice the rise of ScarEp LinkedIn conversations. Like, it’s everywhere now? People are suddenly diving deep into these super emotional, almost raw discussions about career struggles, failures, and mental health.
I mean, it’s refreshing in a way, but also kinda overwhelming? Like, one minute you’re reading about someone’s promotion, and the next it’s a full-on ScarEp LinkedIn conversation about burnout or imposter syndrome.
What’s your take on this? Is it just me, or are these ScarEp LinkedIn conversations becoming the new norm? Do you think it’s a good thing, or is it getting a bit too much?
Also, anyone else feel like they’re lowkey pressured to share their own “scar story” now? Lol.
Curious to hear your thoughts!
