Honestly, 9 Proxy is just average. It’s fine for basic browsing, but if you’re paranoid about privacy, I’d look elsewhere.
Streaming? Forget it. I tried it on Hulu, and it was a disaster. If you need something for streaming, check out IPVanish or Private Internet Access.
