I’ve been using Proxy-N-VPN for school, and it’s been pretty solid. It’s not the cheapest, but it’s reliable and doesn’t get blocked as often as others.
As for VPNs, I’ve tried Private Internet Access, and it’s decent, but I still prefer proxies for school because they’re faster and easier to set up.
