Bro, I feel you. The Tik Fail API is a beast. For the tokens, I used a library like `requests-oauthlib` in Python. It handles a lot of the heavy lifting for you.
As for rate limits, I logged all my requests and monitored the headers for the `X-RateLimit-Remaining` field. That way, I could throttle my app before hitting the limit.
Also, their support team is surprisingly responsive if you email them.
