Sourcing of information is such a big deal, especially with all the fake news out there. I’ve found that Reverse Image Search on Google is a lifesaver for verifying photos and memes.
Another tool I use is TinEye. It’s great for tracking down the original source of an image.
And yeah, I always check the date of the article. So many times, I’ve seen old news being passed off as current.
