yeah, 4chan soft banning IP is def a thing. happened to me last month. i think they’re cracking down on certain IP ranges or ISPs.
i used a VPN and it worked fine, but if you don’t wanna go that route, try resetting your router to get a new IP. sometimes that works. also, check if your ISP is dynamic or static IP. if it’s dynamic, just unplug your router for a few mins and see if it changes.
if all else fails, maybe try using Tor? it’s slower but gets the job done.
