lol same here. i thought i was shadowbanned or something. turns out 4chan soft banning IP is their way of dealing with "problematic" users without outright banning them.
i switched to mobile data like you did, but long-term, i just got a cheap VPN. nordvpn works fine for me, but there are free ones like protonvpn if you wanna test it out first.
also, clear your cookies and cache. sometimes it’s not just the IP but your browser data too.
