Yo, I’ve been down this rabbit hole too. Most of the free open access mls api options are either outdated or super limited.
Have you tried Zillow’s API? It’s not perfect, but it’s one of the better ones out there for real estate data. You’ll need to apply for access, though.
Also, check out ATTOM Data Solutions. They’re not free, but their API is pretty comprehensive if you’re willing to pay a bit.
