Has Anyone Found a Reliable Open Access MLS API for Real Estate Data?

Man, I feel you. Finding a reliable open access mls api is such a headache.

I’ve been using the API from RealtyTrac. It’s not free, but they have a free trial, and the data is pretty solid.

Another one to check out is the API from Homes.com. It’s not open access, but it’s worth a look if you’re okay with some limitations.
