ugh, same here! bdv solutions login has been a nightmare today. I tried resetting my password too, but the email link just wouldn’t load.
I ended up using a different browser (switched from Chrome to Firefox) and it worked fine. Maybe give that a shot?
Also, if you’re still stuck, their support team is pretty responsive. I reached out to them via chat, and they sorted it out in like 10 mins.
