How to Trim HTML Text Using BeautifulSoup: Best Practices and Tips?

Hey! I’ve been in the same boat with beautifulsoup html text trim. One trick I use is to chain `.get_text()` with `.strip()` manually. Like, `text = soup.get_text().strip()`. It gives you more control over what gets trimmed.

For nested tags, I usually use `.find_all()` and then apply `.get_text()` to each one. It’s a bit repetitive, but it works.

If you’re looking for a tool to clean up HTML before trimming, check out `bleach`. It’s awesome for sanitizing and simplifying HTML.
