Yo, proxy ips / domains are a nightmare sometimes lol. I’ve been using Bright Data for residential proxy ips / domains, and it’s been solid. They’re a bit pricey, but worth it if you need reliability.
For tools, check out Scrapy or ProxyMesh. They’re great for scraping and monitoring. Also, don’t refresh your proxy ips / domains too often—once a day is usually enough unless you’re doing heavy scraping.
