Ugh, proxy ips / domains are such a pain. I’ve been using Luminati for a while now, and it’s been pretty solid. Their residential proxy ips / domains are great, but they’re not cheap.
For tools, I’d recommend ProxyCrawl. It’s super easy to use and gives you a good overview of your proxy ips / domains. Also, try not to refresh too often—once a day is usually enough.
