Hey! I had the same "connection request failed 407" error last week. Turns out it was a proxy authentication issue.
If you're using a proxy, check your settings in the app or browser. You might need to enter your proxy credentials manually.
I used Fiddler (a free tool) to debug the issue. It helped me figure out what was going wrong. Maybe give that a shot?
