Hey everyone! 👋
So, I’ve been trying to scrape reddit page for a project, and man, it’s been a journey. Like, what even works in 2023? I’ve tried a bunch of tools, and honestly, some are hit or miss.
For starters, Python + PRAW is still solid if you’re into coding. But if you’re lazy like me, tools like Octoparse or ParseHub are decent for scraping reddit page without pulling your hair out.
Also, Reddit’s API is *kinda* strict now, so you gotta be careful with rate limits. Some folks swear by using proxies, but idk, feels like overkill unless you’re scraping reddit page on a massive scale.
What’s everyone else using? Any hacks or tools I’m missing? Or is it just me struggling to scrape reddit page without getting blocked? 😅
Cheers!
