Mixed feelings here.

The multi-user feature is handy, but it’s not as intuitive as we hoped.

We still end up using Google Sheets to track who’s working on what because the built-in tools aren’t super clear.

For the price, I expected more. Maybe check out Botify if you need something more team-friendly.
