"Can You Turn Off LinkedIn Data Scraping? Here’s What I Found"
Hey everyone! So I’ve been kinda paranoid about my LinkedIn profile getting scraped lately. Like, is there *any* way to turn off LinkedIn data scraping completely? Or at least make it harder?
From what I’ve dug up, you can’t *fully* stop it (ugh), but you can limit it:
- Set your profile to private mode (go to Settings > Visibility).
- Don’t use a public profile pic (weird tip, but helps).
- Turn off "Viewers of this profile also viewed" in privacy settings.
Still, bots gonna bot, ya know? Anyone else found better tricks to turn off LinkedIn data scraping? Or are we all just stuck with it?
*Also, sorry for typos—typed this on my phone lol.*
