Honestly, most linked plugin scraping tools are hit or miss. I gave up and built my own with Python + Selenium.

Takes some coding know-how, but it’s the only way I’ve found to avoid blocks consistently. If you’re not into coding, maybe check out Octoparse? Heard it’s decent for LinkedIn, though I haven’t tested it myself.
