Hey! I filed an on-line data ltd abuse report last month. Their process is kinda messy, but here's what worked for me:

- Screenshots are a MUST.
- Be super specific with dates/times.
- Follow up after a week if no response.

They replied after 10 days and actually took action. Hope that helps!
