You can totally use wget in PyCharm! Just open the terminal inside PyCharm (Alt+F12) and run wget commands like you would in a normal terminal.
If you're on Windows, make sure wget is installed or use the full path. For scraping, check out `requests` or `urllib` in Python—they might be easier to integrate directly into your code.
