Have you checked out the Spotify Web API? It’s not a pre-made spotify user information dataset, but you can pull listening habits, playlists, and even some demographic-ish data (if users make it public).
Downside: you’d need to build your own scraper or use something like Spotipy (Python lib). But at least it’s legit and up-to-date.
Kaggle’s hit or miss, yeah. Maybe try Academic Torrents? Sometimes researchers dump music datasets there.
