Not sure if this helps, but cloudflare is blocking scripts for me too, and it was due to their "Rocket Loader" feature.

Sometimes it conflicts with inline scripts. Try disabling it in Speed > Optimization.

Also, their firewall logs (Security > Events) show exactly what’s being blocked—super handy for debugging.
