If you’re on Windows, escaping is even worse. Use PowerShell’s `Invoke-RestMethod` instead:

Invoke-RestMethod -Uri http://example.com/api -Method Post -Body '{"key":"value"}' -ContentType 'application/json'
```

Way cleaner than fighting with curl’s escaping rules.
