From my experience, it’s not just about your IP—it could be your ISP sharing IPs with too many users. Try using mobile data for a bit? Works for me when my home WiFi gets blocked.
Also, if you’re on Windows, flush your DNS (`ipconfig /flushdns` in CMD). Sounds techy but takes 2 seconds and might help.
