From my experience, a smart proxy rotating ip is only part of the solution. You need to mimic human behavior—random delays, mouse movements (if using a browser), and headers.
Rotation speed? I do per-request for critical stuff, but for general scraping, every 10-15 mins is fine.
Storm Proxies is another good option if you’re testing the waters.
