Hey! I had the same issue and found that ScreenToGif works pretty well for capturing animations. It's free and lets you record your screen, so you can just scroll the page and it'll keep the animations intact.
Not exactly a screenshot, but close enough? Also, if you're on Windows, the built-in Snipping Tool (Win + Shift + S) can sometimes capture animated elements if you time it right.
