What’s the deal with domain .proxy? Is it worth using for privacy? or Has anyone actually used a doma

Honestly, domain .proxy seems like a cash grab. The privacy claims are overhyped—most decent registrars offer WHOIS protection anyway.

If you’re serious about privacy, just use Tor or a no-log VPN. Or heck, even a .onion site if you’re *that* paranoid.

Save your money and stick with .com/net/org.
