Yo, this is a known issue with some ad networks or analytics scripts. They inject crap that messes with the DOM and causes the page to scroll down.
Try blocking third-party scripts one by one (uBlock Origin is great for this) and see if it stops.
Also, check your browser extensions—sometimes they’re the culprit. Had a friend whose Grammarly extension was doing this exact thing.
