How can I change PDF format which has JavaScript embedded in it? or Is there a way to change PDF form

OP here—thanks for all the suggestions!

Tried PDF-XChange and it worked *mostly*, but some buttons broke. Gonna test Adobe Acrobat Pro next since a few of you recommended it.

Quick Q: Anyone know if Acrobat’s "Enhance Scans" feature affects JS? Saw it in the settings and don’t wanna accidentally nuke anything.

Thanks again, y’all are lifesavers!
