I’ve had good luck with MPC (MakePlayingCards) for cheap bulk mtg proxies. They’re not official, but the quality is solid for casual play.
Just make sure you use the right image files (there are guides online) and order in bulk to save on shipping.
Avoid Etsy sellers—some are great, but others overcharge for the same thing you can get cheaper elsewhere.
