Hey! I had the same issue last week. Found a decent utopia unblocker proxy list on GitHub—just search for "fresh proxy mirrors" or something like that.
Some are hit or miss, but I’ve had luck with the ones updated in the last month. Also, check out r/Proxies on Reddit. People drop working links there sometimes.
Avoid random forums tho, too many scams.
